Chefs from McCall area restaurants, along with local caterers, will serve tastes of their summer selections – all paired with fine wines, premium micro brews and great music Saturday, August 11th at Taste of McCall benefiting the McCall Donnelly Education Foundation!

The Clubhouse at Jug Mountain Ranch will be serving up their yummy Moroccan Lamb Meatballs and our sister restaurant, Rupert’s at Hotel McCall, will be serving Thai Noodle Salad with Salmon Skewers – yum!

The Wild Rockies Race Series is back at Jug this Saturday, June 23rd for the XC and Super D Mountain Biking and Trail Running Races. This race is one of the few races in Idaho that qualify for entry into the National Championships held in Sun Valley, ID.

The mountain bike cross-country is using a 12-mile loop that starts and finishes at the Jug Mountain Ranch Clubhouse, and has some great singletrack and two-track sections, as well as some gnarly, short climbs and descents.

The Saturday race starts 12:30. The XC bike race to follow the 9am (12mi.- 1 lap) trail running event.

Stick around on Sunday and compete or just be a spectator and take in a round of golf. Super D riders tackle a similiar course as we had last year about 2.5 mi. long! There will be a run up and a short, grunt climb at the end. YOU MAY REGISTER ON-SITE FOR ANY OF THESE EVENTS, STARTING AT 8AM!

Accommodations are a short drive away at Hotel McCall and amenities at the clubhouse include a full bar and 18-hole golf course. See you at Jug this weekend!
