David and Ruth Carey
David was born in Northern California, but has always felt that McCall was his home. From the age of 7, he has spent nearly every summer and winter vacation living and working here. After gaining a degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University, David then lived in England for 9 years. He worked as a manager in 5 star luxury hotels in London, gaining an understanding of many aspects of the service industry. Ruth has a degree in English from University College London and before moving to McCall worked as a personal assistant in the film industry - firstly for director Sam Mendes and then for the actress, Kate Winslet. David and Ruth moved to McCall in 2004 and are now the proud parents of two McCall little ones.

David oversees operations at Jug Mountain, and is involved in all elements of the community. Watch out for him driving the Jug Mountain Pinzgauers around town. Ruth has a range of jobs and particularly enjoys working with the homeowners. They are both thrilled to be living in such a beautiful part of the world and to be working on such an exciting project.

Bill McMurray, Director of Sales and Marketing
Bill has been involved in real estate for 16 years and has specialized in larger community marketing and sales programs. Currently the owner of Community Real Estate with his wife Kate, Bill first came to work in McCall in 1996 as Project Director for Spring Mountain Ranch. In that position, he oversaw everything from infrastructure construction and entitlement of new phases, to real estate sales and marketing programs, to the development of the homeowners association. Outside of work, Bill enjoys the recreation McCall offers, including skiing, camping, flyfishing and exploring the area on his motorcycle. Bill is the father of two grown children and grandfather of three. He is a graduate of San Jose State University.

Craig O. Collins, General Manager of Golf
Craig brings more than 35 years of experience in virtually every aspect of golf course management to Jug Mountain Ranch. A familiar face in the Idaho golf community, Craig most recently served as General Manager at MeadowCreek Golf Course in nearby New Meadows, in addition to owning and managing Collins Landscape Company in McCall. He has also served as General Manager, Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Professional at Hillcrest Country Club in Boise, and as Course Superintendent at Nampa's Broadmore Country Club and McCall Golf Course in McCall.

Gary Kucy, Chef
Gary's culinary training includes a four-year formal apprenticeship at the Five Star, Five Diamond, Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Gary worked for eight years as a chef with Mark Miller at the Coyote Café in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he assisted in opening restaurants, writing cookbooks and promoting southwestern cuisine worldwide, with cooking stints in Singapore, Mexico, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York and Seattle. He subsequently spent two years as chef at the Snake River Grill, an upscale fine dining restaurant in the heart of Jackson, Wyoming. In December 2005, he opened and became Executive Chef of Tamarack Resort's premier restaurant, Morels.

Georgina Carey Elliott
Georgina Carey Elliott is one of the owners of Jug Mountain Ranch & was part of the opening team for the project. She was responsible for the design of the Clubhouse and our spec homes. Georgina also managed the Clubhouse restaurant and many of you enjoyed her delicious baked goods. We still miss her cookies! Georgina graduated from Suffolk University in Boston with a degree in English Literature. After graduation, she worked in the restaurant and hotel industry as well as attending baking classes at the New England Culinary Institute. Georgina was born and raised in Northern California. She has been coming to McCall every summer and winter since she was born and was excited to be able to move to Idaho and have her 2 children, Carey and Lucy here.

Dustin Ames, Head Golf Professional
Dustin has over 14 years of experience in the golf industry and has dedicated the past 8 years to teaching, club fitting and delivering the exceptional golfing experience. He is in the final stages of completing his PGA Professional Golf Management Program and comes to us from Crane Creek Country Club, Boise, where he worked as an Assistant Golf Professional for 4 years. Dustin and his wife, Maria, are raising their young family in Idaho, after moving here from Oregon in 2006. They are honored to join the Jug Mountain team and are excited about the opportunities that await their family in McCall.
