![]() Whether you want a quick snack after your round of golf, a cocktail & an appetizer on the patio, or a romantic dinner, the Clubhouse is your perfect location. Nestled at the base of Jug Handle Mountain, enjoy the spectacular views and sunsets from our beautiful patio or dine indoors in our low impact building with green roof. This summer we are joined by Chef Gary Kucy. Gary's culinary training includes a four-year formal apprenticeship at the Five Star, Five Diamond, Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Gary worked for eight years as a chef with Mark Miller at the Coyote Café in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he assisted in opening restaurants, writing cookbooks and promoting southwestern cuisine worldwide, with cooking stints in Singapore, Mexico, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York and Seattle. He subsequently spent two years as chef at the Snake River Grill, an upscale fine dining restaurant in the heart of Jackson, Wyoming. In December 2005, he opened and became Executive Chef of Tamarack Resort's premier restaurant, Morels. We are thrilled to have him join the Jug Mountain Ranch team. Come and enjoy his wonderful menus together with our great wine list, selection of beers, & tasty summer cocktails. Opening Hours: Open Thursday - Monday serving food 11am-9pm. Tuesdays: Closed. Wednesdays: beverage service only. After 4th July: Beverage service also available on Tuesday afternoons. | |
